"We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at this hotel. The staff were helpful, polite and professional. Lovely, comfortable bed, clean bathroom with walk-in shower and toiletries, and complimentary tea and coffee. There was also a fridge and complimentary bottles of water. Very well thought out, everything you need as you arrive after a journey. It is also adjacent to the underground station and opposite a small bus station where you can catch a red London bus with ease. We visit London a few times a year, but this was our first time in the Saint Hotel. We will definitely stay here again. "

"Just outside airport. Cery convenient. Great ambience and staff very efficient and professional. Room very spacious with all amenities. Unfortunately food not so great. Also you need to order food by the bar and they still charge you 10% discretionary service charge."
