"Arrived very late, flight delays and then a road closure forcing a substantial detour. Thankfully my room card had been left out with a useful note and I was able to access the room. It was cold, no curtains, and couldn't figure out the heating but the bed was warm and that was all I cared about! Shower okay in the morning, Job done. Thanks."

"This is a budget hotel, the bedding was clean, there was a lock on the door, it was near the to tube - ideal. There was mold on the ceiling, stuff in the room was broken, there was no kettle, and so on, but this is why it was so cheap for London. If everything was perfect the price would be easily double."

"Basic accommodation in a great location. We had a private bathroom which made life easier, the shared kitchen is a nice touch but a kettle in the room would have been a God send. Check in was easy enough and the girl who met us was lovely. That said she was the only member of staff we saw during our 4 night stay, not that this was a problem for us. Small room with nowhere to sit other than the bed, fine for a short and activity packed stay but would not have been comfortable for any longer...

Nice room, bed & shower but dinner is only up to 8:30pm and no breakfast available for early flights as it’s only served from 8am and needed to leave by 7:15. They did offer a takeaway breakfast but it was poor (they don’t normally offer it) and needs to be organised properly for it to be beneficial to the customer."

If you just need a small room and don't want to break the bank, this is definitely your place. The only main drawback was the size of the bathroom which was quite, quite small. "Overall very happy with the room and the stay. The bathroom being separate from the room the towels would be better left in there. Bed was comfortable however the bed moves if you’re resting against the headboard which is attached to wall and not bed. The shower head needs to be attached to the wall as there is no holder to use it unfortunately there was a boiler in the way "

"This was a last minute booking and it was absolutely amazing. The room looked just like the photos, so beautiful. Hotel is secure and really clean. The 2 ladies at the reception were so warm and friendly. Giving a 4 star rating because there wasn’t any luggage trolley and I had to get all my suitcases to my room by myself. Also check out time is 10 am, which is quite early. They also didn’t send me anything for my birthday."
