"Proximity to attractions and events was a pro. Able to walk to museums, Chinatown, and parks. Hotel room was clean and neighboring rooms were quiet. The complimentary breakfast was very good--love a good waffle machine. However, the traffic and pedestrians were a little loud at night. Homeless loitered half a block away. You have to pay for parking but at least there are plenty of parking lots to choose from, just don't pay a person, use an app or the kiosk. The lots rarely have attendants and...
