Ocean view room was very nice with view of diamond head side of Pacific Ocean view. Daily cleaning was excellent. Staff were all friendly. "Updated and maintained property/rooms. Nice hot water on demand for showering. Filtered water station/beach towels/pool/spa and WiFi are great needed amenities. In a great location for beach/dining/shopping and all staff was knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and on point. They had great attitudes. Rooms come equipped with a fridge and an electronic safe. Air conditioning works wonderful! We had a perfect city view with buildings and mountains and could see Waikīkī come to life right underneath us...

"This has always been my favorite hotel in Waikiki. As a smaller hotel, the staff is friendly and provide excellent service, best location and overall wonderful experience. However, at check in, we were told that we were able to charge meals to the room as well as their other Marriott locations.
