"The pool area is nice. It is clean and there is lovely vegetation in the courtyard surrounding it. Grooming and mulching the dirt surrounding the plants would make it even nicer. On a previous stay, I checked out at 10 minutes after the 11 o’clock checkout time. The staff night made no mention at the time that it was a late check out. Then I received a $35 charge to my credit card account. 🤔 "

"My second stay here.Location is great,walking distance to the beach and the best of Waikiki.Good value for money.Room service every third night,no coffee,no restaurant on the premises.Good microwave and tv.I would come back again."
