There was a small issue with service each time where it fell below expectations and their standards, however, when raised to the guest services team they addressed it immediately, which shows they care about their guests. Great spa and gym. Still and sparkling water available on each floor. Very walkable and easy access to several tube and train stations. Dive stayed here twice and would stay again. "

"This property has was stunning. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by friendly staff and offered a beverage whilst they checked me in. I then had a member of staff he’ll me with my bag and escort me to my room, which was super helpful. Once in the room I immediately loved how modern the deco was, the bathroom in particular was my favourite. The bed was comfortable and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. "

This location was good, the rooms are small and basic but very clean and the self-serve breakfast included a choice of eggs, toast, croissants, yogurt and cereals plus coffee or tea and juice. The staff was very professional and accommodating. If you are looking for luxury this isn't it, but it was everything we needed. "
