"Great hotel at a great location. Public transportation is literally in front of the hotel. Most attractions such as Londan eye, Shrek for kids, river tours , etc etc etc just around the hotel. The rooms are very clean. The stuff is so polite and helpful with everything. To be honest with you , they don’t have the word “no” or verb “can’t “ in their dictionary, I guess. Breakfast is incredibly fulfilling and delicious. Recommend to get the breakfast deal. With 2 little kids, we had everything that we needed at the hotel and in the room. "

One thing to note for families is that the pool is only available with reservation and kids are not allowed before 8am and after 8pm. I get the policy but it limits the possibility of kids getting into the pool. I booked it for this reason and we only got to use it once 😞. "
