"It took a moment to figure out the Parking Garage. The "walkable" sign entrance says Pinnacle although it goes By Citi Parking. The room was set at 64 degrees I think. Much too cold for us and with very high ceilings it took hours to warm up. The staff came to set out thermostat and later brought us a space heater. Very appreciated. We loved the space, the kitchen and the Peets coffee for the coffeemaker. In all very helpful for our stay."

"Excellent heater, really comfortable bed. Pool needs to be open much earlier in the morning. Cream cheese for bagels need to be placed in an obvious spot, not "hidden". Need ICE WATER for the continental breakfast. Not everybody drinks coffee or juice! "
