"We were in Chattanooga for an overnight stay. No one was at the desk upon arrival. Had to wait while the phone rang about 25 times before someone came to the desk. Once someone was there, check in was quick. Parking is additional cost, which I will never understand with any hotels. The cleanliness is fair. There is a large amount of water due to use of the indoor pool. There was hair left in the bathtub from the previous guest. The refrigerator had an odd smell. I would suggest using baking soda...

"We arrived at hotel and automatically could see the valet was pretty busy so we decided to park ourselves. We spoke with one of the valet workers and they helped us with the cart for our luggage and even help take to our room on the 7th floor. The room and bathroom was so neat and clean. Downstairs had everything you needed from bar, to the restaurant even the convenience of the store for snacks. Much needed 2 day getaway. Thanks Marriot Downtown Chattanooga. "This was a really cool hotel. We stayed here on Valentine’s Day because we went to a show in the Walker theater and it was close by. I love the retro design. We had the tiki suite and it had a sitting area with a fireplace and it was so nice to sit by the fire after we’d been out walking in the cold. If you’re looking for something with a cool vibe and a lot of character, give this place a look. "
