"Very, very nice, place. Spacious, 3 bedrooms, nice patio - beautiful table and furnishings. 3rd floor with short stairs or elevator if desired. We came for the pool, a 5 minute walk or 1 minute drive. Huge gorgeous pool, with cabanas and many chairs, surrounded by trees and full bar and grill right there. Location close to Disney and very close to restaurants and grocery. FYI, for owner, we ran out of toilet paper and there was a garbage bag near our front door during the stay. Final thought, the place was very low priced but had usual host fee, etc. and we were asked/directed to run dishwasher, throw out garbage, etc. What are the fees for if not those duties? "

"We had a great time staying at this property with our big group—9 adults, 5 kids, and 2 toddlers. The house was clean, and the kids especially loved the pool! The property managers were fantastic—very responsive and helpful. We had a little trouble getting in at first, but they sorted it out right away.The location was decent, about 40 minutes from Disney. The houses are pretty close to one another so we did notice some noise in the evenings from our neighbors. The only downside was that the beds weren’t the most comfortable, but it wasn’t a deal-breaker.Overall, it was a great place for a family spring break trip, and we’d definitely consider staying here again!"

"The house was amazing very spacious beautiful set up. Big kitchen area and beds were very comfortable. We all had an amazing time even though it was a short trip but it was all worth it. The kids really enjoyed their self we didn't want to leave. Since my husband is from Orlando but moved to Tallahassee so when he gets a chance to see his family he does so his sister came to visit us one day we was there and we didn't know we had to add her to the list so all it took was for to message the host and he added her with no problem. This was a great weekend we are talkung about booking this house again fir next year spring break but with more days. "
