Very clean, great communication when needed, but the pool and hot tub don’t get very warm in the winter months even if you pay for heat. Day 3 of our stay it was finally warmish enough to get in, (others may think it’s sufficient not being too warm.) Great location. Gated, quiet community. Beautiful area.
