This Property Needs TLC
Six of us recently stayed at this property for four nights. PROS:-The community amenities were nice. We played pickleball on the community tennis courts and we enjoyed the community pool and hot tub. -The main living space in the actual townhome was spacious, as were all of the bedrooms.-The owner was communicative and responsive. CONS:-This place was decrepit and dirty. The whole unit had a strange smell, somewhat like kitty litter. I presume it was the mildew in the caulk in the bathrooms. -The entire place needs a serious deep cleaning. The stove and oven were filthy. The light fixtures were very dusty. The kitchen sink hasn't been really scrubbed in a while. -Some things were broken. The master shower drain had to be manually propped open with a bar of soap. A bathroom towel bar just fell of the wall. Some of the patio furniture was broken. -It also needs some updating. The mattresses were old and lumpy. The upholstery on the couch is literally deteriorating. The carpet is worn. The pots and pans are cheap and flaking, which made me nervous to cook with them. -The "pool" is just a splash pad. It's very small, as is the back patio.

The property was great and the host was very responsive. The issue was there were no wash cloths available. Also, the property location description was not accurate. It said close to Disney, but was really 30-40 minutes away, especially with traffic

Everything was fine except the bed linens and towels. We had to go out and buy towels because those were worn and rough feeling. The bed linens were soiled. We stripped the beds and went bought our own sheets. Overall it was okay.

The house was very spacious plenty of room for our family of 6 and could comfortably fit more! Host was quick to answer any questions that we had. Beds were comfortable and we loved that their was a TV in every bedroom. Would stay again, our kid's were sad to leave this beautiful home.

It was lovely and comfortable
We enjoyed our stay. The host went out of our her way to make our stay very comfortable. When the dryer wasn’t working, she sent a mechanic to fix it. Even though it broke again after he left, she offered the send the housekeeper to dry our clothes. We didn’t feel Comfortable with that so we did the natural by hanging them outside. Other than that, our stay was lovely.

Immaculate Paradise Home with all the comforts
First and foremost, Katie was the epitome of an excellent host. She helped us with any questions that we had quickly and efficiently. The home was equipped with all the bells and whistles - even an Alexa in the kitchen that we used to entertain our family . The pool was perfect for our group. Each room has its own unique style. The clubhouse lazy river was the cherry on top of the cake! Our entire family enjoyed it! I would highly recommend this home for your next stay with your family!.

Nice Clean Home with Comfy Beds!
Third time visiting Champions Gate. Six adults travelling for the Sun N’Fun Air Show. The home is very well cleaned & equipped. The beds were all super comfy! ( we all brought our own pillows ) Hosts, Katie & Craig were very responsive to questions & requests. Only downfall was the pool & sitting area outside is very small. We all like sitting outside in the evening & mornings for coffee. Tight sitting area. But it was nice to know that we had full access to all the amenities at Champions Gate. Area was very quiet. We really enjoyed the home. Happy Canadians 🇨🇦

Great week in Davenport!
Had an amazing stay at this house between Xmas and new year! The homeowner was gracious enough to put up a Christmas tree and decor for us to still enjoy our tropical holiday. Kids enjoyed the clubhouse amenities and house pool. Main entrance traffic into the gated subdivision is a little crazy but once you’ve registered I suggest using the entrance off of US 27 - vacationers don’t seem to know about it and easy access. House was very clean and had everything we needed for our group of 7. Thanks Katie for a great stay!

Fabulous Family Trip to Disney
What a fantastic villa. Our family of 7 including a 7 year old couldn't have chosen a better place to spend our vacation of a lifetime. The villa is everything as advertised and so much more. From the backyard private pool to the 5 bedrooms and 4 washrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, roomy and bright. An added feature was the presence of Alexa who controlled the lighting and our musical requirements. The use of the Oasis Club is a godsend. Beautiful heated, salt water pools, a lazy river, a health club and a bar/restaurant. Such a lovely clubhouse. Disney and Legoland are close by as well as many shopping malls and restaurants. Our host, Katie, treated us like family. We rescheduled the trip twice and had many questions. She responded quickly and made our stay special. So nice to deal with. We would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a special vacation in the Orlando area. We would love to return once more in the next few years.

The house was clean and large enough for our family of 6+. The pool was clean and refreshing to have to swim anytime that we wanted. The clubhouse was really nice to have on days we did not go to parks. The renters were very helpful and responded to any questions or concerns very quickly. Fabulous townhouse in an ideal location👌👌👌
Absolutely loved our stay - couldnt find any fault with the property! It was beautifully decorated and accommodated the 7 of us easily and in fact could have fitted another 5 in!One of the reasons we chose Champions Gate was its proximity to the parks and we weren't disappointed - the I4 is only a few minutes away so it was super easy getting to and from all of the parks👌The correspondence with Katie the owner was first class - she had messaged just before we were due to travel asking for drivers details so she could let the gatehouse know to expect us.She also messaged when we landed just confirmimg what we had to do and we never had any issues checking in at Champions Gate.She got in touch the day before we were due to leave explaining the check out procedure and when we explained that our flight wasnt till late the following night and would it be possible to check out at dinner rather than 10am, she replied immediately saying we could stay till 1pm which was very much appreciated!We can't recommend this property and Katie highly enough - we loved everything about it and hopefully will be returning sooner rather than later👌👌👌
