"This hotel is fantastic! Very clean spacious rooms. Comfortable beds nice big walk in shower. Being right at the airport terminal is a bonus. No shuttle required in the morning to catch your flight. The underground to get you into London and the bus station is in walking distance and very easy to access and figure out. The breakfast you get is the best I have ever had at a Holiday Inn Express. North American holiday Inn Express should all have this much selection. So many hot and cold food choices. Gilbert and his team do a fantastic job looking after guests. Way to go Gilbert! The fish and chips in the sister hotel restaurant are amazing. I would recommend trying them! Overall I would stay here again next time I am in the UK and recommend this hotel to all Canadians and Americans travelling to the UK. "

"The property is easy to locate. Less than 10 minutes walk from the train station. Close to restaurants, grocery stores and coffee shops. Staffs are accommodating and easy to deal with. Will definitely recommend this place. If I’m in the area will stay at this place again."
