"After a delayed flight. I make it to Casa Cielo in the evening to find out that the property wants me to pay the hotel stay in cash even though I had paid it in full to Expedia. I explained that it has already been paid in full and didn’t have cash on me. The property even offered to drive me to an atm. So inconvenient I had to book a hotel last minute. "

"Our stay at villa elena was perfect. Suite 5 was lovely, ocean waves crashing all night, room was spotless upon arrival, and bed sheets made each night. Air conditioner worked perfect. Close to amenities and no road nice. Comfy king bed. "

"The room was clean and most things were fine (hot water not consistent and wrong wifi password given in the room though) and Ana was nice, but overall our check-in was difficult. The neighborhood seemed unsafe to arrive to at night and no one was there to let us in when we arrived (we only got in thanks to another traveler). Apparently Ana was supposed to come meet us at the time of our arrival, but we were never asked beforehand for that information and didn't know there would be no reception....

"Hello everyone we got stuck a few extra days in Cancun . We found this hidden gem ! We had a large room with 2 full size beds and a twin bed . Large closet space and a balcony. The room included a large TV and WiFi . We shared a hallway bathroom which was actually not in inconvenient at all . The lady onsite is super clean and stays on top of it . We got to enjoy the pool and backyard grill area. Would love to have had a fridge too keep snacks and drinks . We will definitely be using this place...
