"First time in Cancun, first time doing all inclusive and it was a trip with my wife, 2 year old toddler and other family members. Overall, we were very happy and enjoyed the stay. The food was better than my expectation as a lot of people said the food in all inclusive is usually not so great. Not many kid friendly options, but having one buffet place was convenient. The resort was generally clean and the staffs were always trying to do their best to accommodate your requests and needs. Not much complaint to do. "

"The location is the best! You get the best beachfront and you get the best of the tourist town. Friendly and helpful staff. I would not get the all inclusive next time, since there are so many food and drink options near-by. But the service was fine, and the included options are fine. Having only one beer choice was possibly the worst aspect of the all inclusive. The rest.. not spectacular, but acceptable and practical. The common areas feel small for the amount of people they receive, but again... not a deal-breaker. I had a pleasant stay. I got a free balinese bed for booking with Expedia and some delicious macaroons. That was a nice surprise. "

"This resort had everything we were looking for. The beach was clean and beautiful. The food was above board, even the buffet was exceptional. Pool was well maintained with a lot of seating. One draw back was that if you didn’t get to the pool first thing in the morning the prime poolside spots were gone. That was understandable but many seats were “marked” yet nobody used them for 1/2 the day. There should be a 2 hour window that if the seat remains vacant it’s offered to other guests. "
