"After a very disappointed check in and a room with 2 beds instead of king bed as requested and a very bad ceiling leak all over the bathroom. I complained and Jose Angel Rivera & Jose Luis Gonzalez (VIP Dep.)changed my room very quickly and was very professional. Also the staff around was amazing. People like Leonel Perez Castillo and Mileidy Pinela Perez in Buffet Perla did a fantastic job servicing. I will go back to this place in the future. "

Moral of the story is “AND”. They were not enough ands to describe how great the staff was at this location! These were the best views I have ever seen of the ocean. I could not get enough of them. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Skylight. We were taking a family vacation and it was an ideal setup for us. The room was spacious and clean (we had a 2 bedroom suite). The pool was right outside our room so it was both easy to access and easy to monitor kids from the room. The staff are fantastic. We found them very friendly and helpful. The location is pretty nice too. You are about 100 metres to the ocean with a pretty nice beach. Ocean World is also minutes by foot. And there are some...

"The lodge was very rustic and sort of charming. However, it could use some serious TLC. The room we stay in was in serious need of repair and furniture. The pool and jacuzzi were not in working order. The food cooked for us by their cook was fabulous! The bar and bartender staff were very nice! The breakfast was good as well. The best part was the “wild” beach and dinner by it! My friend and I had a great time! A night or two there would be recommended."
