"We booked with 2 kids, I am quite certain we put in the ages but on our reservation information, I can't see the ages. The front desk of the hotel made us feel quite bad on check in and openly blamed us for having the kids ages not listed properly and felt like an accusation of trying to defraud them. At one point we were told the check in was ok and they would contact Expedia to find out and let us know by 6 pm. 5 minutes later we were told the same accusatory thing and berated in front of...
