We had an incredible few days at the Luxury resort. The staff were truly wonderful. The ladies in the spa were delightful and massages in the huts were beautful. We can't recommend it highly enough!! Breakfast is amazing!! Thank you all!!

Beautiful resort! Helpful staff. Beautiful beaches. Next to an amusement park, but not noticeable once you are on the resort. Complicated long process to get from mainland to room. Lots of stops and waits. Very relaxing once to the resort. Wouldn’t go for less than 2 days…

The service at Vinpearl Luxury was excellent, staff were always helpful and responsive. The room itself felt a bit dated and could use a refresh. One day, the toilet was clogged, but maintenance came right away and fixed it promptly. My only real complaint was the trolley service. We had to wait every time we got off the boat or cable car, as Vinpearl Luxury was always the last to be picked up. Other hotels on the island had multiple pickups, while we often had to wait quite a while—one time, nearly 30 minutes just for the trolley to arrive.

You can also visit the other two resorts on the island using a free tuk tuk service and enjoy their facilities. Henry our concierge man went over and above all expectations for us. We stayed at this resort for two weeks hoping for a high-end, relaxing experience. The beach is quiet, and the spa was a highlight — listening to ocean waves during a massage was lovely. Our villa was spacious. Unfortunately, the rest of the stay was disappointing. Sand fleas on the beach were everywhere, but no warning was given — only signs about jellyfish. We were all badly bitten. The restaurant was the worst part. Only one dining option, and service was incredibly slow. One night, drinks took 20 mins, then meals came out one by one with 15–20 min gaps. After 90 mins, we canceled the last meals. No apology. Staff barely spoke English, leading to constant miscommunication. Pool floaties weren’t free — no signs, just charges. Rooms were dated with blocked toilets, broken lights, and malfunctioning curtains. Maintenance was only done after we insisted. Long waits for buggies. The BBQ buffet wasn’t worth it — flies on the food, very few options, and lobster cost extra. Beautiful setting, but let down by poor management, lack of communication, and frustrating service.

We went as a family. My dad had some health episodes and the staff was tremendous. They were attentive and called the facility nurse and medic which provided the greatest care for our family. I really love the polite mannerism of all the staff. We were very lucky because of them.

MEMORABLE 4 DAYS STAY IN THE 4 BEDROOM VILLA FOR OUR SON'S 7th BIRTHDAY! The room was spacious and had everything we needed ! The manager made sure that our stay was perfect from the beginning until the very end ! The food was good and the staff super friendly! Special shoutout to Cat Nhien at the Lagoon restaurant ! She is the sweetest, super welcoming and super helpful if you have any questions! The beach is gorgeous! Quiet and very safe ! Our kids especially loved the heated kids pool ! We recommend this hotel and will come back for sure!

良かった点 島全体がリゾートになっている環境から島に入った時点で非日常感を味わえる点。 ゲストが多すぎず、欧米の方中心で騒がしくないこと。 エクストラベッドを用意してくれた点。 朝食ブッフェの食材が豊富かつ超新鮮で果物、野菜などが特においしい。 ルームサービスもそれほど高くなくとてもおいしい。 島内の設備にはどこにでもカートで無料送迎してくれてとてもスピーディ。 部屋についているプールも手ごろな広さ深さで水もきれい。 英語が完璧に通じるので言葉の心配もなし。 ヴィンワンダー（遊園地）やハーバー（街）もしっかり稼働していて きれいでリゾート間にあふれていること。 イマイチな点 プールの管理者が雑で横柄なこと。 空港からの無料送迎ぐらいはあってもしかるべきに感じます。 トイレの水圧がちょっと弱いです。 対岸での手続きからチェックインして部屋に入れるまでの待ち時間がちょっと長い。
