"Stay away at all costs. Me and my friend have stayed in this accommodation for 2 nights and each night I have woken up with bed bug bites on my neck and head. Until the owner decides to throughly clean the bathroom, rooms and beds in general I would highly avoid staying here. There is little to no privacy since one of the rooms is half separated by a flimsy wall and therefore any movement is easily heard That being said the price is fair and no safety concerns at all. This is really a last...

"Excellent place to stay. Margaret is very welcoming and made us feel at home. The flat was very warm and cosey. We were very happy we chose to stay here. We would love to see the gardens in the summer."

"Super convenient location next to Union Station and MTCC in downtown. Didn't try the breakfast/bar but it looked good. Friendly reception crew and staff. Only small niggle was a noisy aircon unit upstairs in the early hours one night. Not sure how this hotel goes under the radar (few reviews online) given the location/value, I guess because it has changed names / been renovated lately. Would recommend to others travelling to Toronto."

"This hotel was in a good location for inexpensive Ubers to the sights we wanted to see (ROM, the aquarium, the Van Gogh experience, and the PATH), and we felt very safe on the street. The rooms were small but worked for us. Our room had been updated tastefully, although the hallways could use some fresh carpet and paint. Housekeeping made our beds daily. We enjoyed the indoor pool but missed having a hot tub/whirlpool. The staff made our visit. Everyone was friendly and helpful. A special shot-out goes out to Darryl who made us feel welcome at the bar. Dinner was good (2 nights) although we went to the pita restaurant across the street our last night to save some money. We would definitely go back on another trip to Toronto if the price is right."
