"Our room was freezing the heater was turned off and the entire room was freezing the beds were cold to the core and it was miserable showering due to the room temperature. The rooms need to remain heated maybe lower heat when not in use but at least have heat on so that room and beds mattress aren’t cold it’s January in Ontario & it was -11 -18 with windchill with high winds the room should have been warm "

"We came to Orillia to snowmobile as they have snow :) The hotel was perfect for us!! It's right on the OFSC trails, nice big parking lot at back to park trailer, load machines etc. Our room faced the parking lot and we literally were able to park machines right outside our window. Restaurants within walking distance and gas station a couple minutes down trail. Also, added bonus, trails were beautifully groomed there. We had a great time and definitely would choose this hotel to sled out of."
