We loved the interior--the bed was comfy, the heating/fans worked perfectly, we had all the utensils and plates we needed, and the hosts provided delicious snacks. The exterior is absolutely gorgeous, especially at peak leaf season. We loved seeing the goats and chickens, meeting a very friendly dog, and the late-night campfires were heavenly. "If you are looking for something "Rustic" this is a great place. We brought our 2 labs and had a great dogcation here. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed for the night. We dined at a local spot called the "dragon Cafe" just 10 minutes down the road were the food is amazing. Had a campfire by the water and enjoyed the fall colours. Everyone was extremely friendly and we would go back again. "

"Great location and facilities."

"Nice lakefront property with a great backyard area. Host is responsive and pleasant. The home itself has a great layout for different families or couples across different floors. Some of the furniture is rustic which we enjoyed, for those seeking that aesthetic, but the dinning room bench and chairs were slightly too rustic and loose/lacking in padding for me. Beyond that, the view from the house and patio is excellent. This is a great property to visit in any season."

"All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I Especially liked that I could bring my service dog without having to jump thru hoops. I had a great weekend visiting my beloved Algonquin Park, then to be able to “come home” to a clean comfy room. "
