Luckily the concierge staff was so nice to let us in and help us call the responsible person to pass us the key. The communication via Expedia is not very user friendly. Hope that can be improved. "

"We stayed at the Sonder while in town for a concert. Location was great - within 20min walk to Queen W and King W for shopping. ~45min walk to Rogers Center. Lots of transit options to facilitate going back and forth if walking long distances isn't an option. Accommodations were beautiful - we stayed in a 2bd, 2 bath with accessible entry and showers (awesome to have available for those requiring environmental modifications). Beautiful decor. Clean unit.
