"We spent a week at Villas de Santa Fe and really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect for walking to the Plaza or to drive to area destinations. Our room was comfortable and quiet. The only reason for the 4 for condition was that the bathroom sink needed to be unclogged. It was very slow. Otherwise everything was in good working order. The free laundry was a wonderful perk. "

"The man at the front was rude to us from the start. Once we got into our room it was nasty the mattress was brown and lumpy. The room was not cleaned there was hair on the bathroom floor and it smelled very musty. We decided to leave because we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping here and the front guy made it very clear we were unable to get a refund. Overall bad experience. "

"Great location! Didn't have problems with cleanliness as others noted. I would stay here again. My family had two adjoining rooms. One of the rooms was missing the remote to the tv and the safe was locked, so unusable. After asking for multiple days, we still never got a remote for that room, and had to share the remote from the other room. They never resolved the locked safe either.
