"Absolutely gorgeous hotel!! Loved everything about it!"

"We spent a week at Villas de Santa Fe and really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect for walking to the Plaza or to drive to area destinations. Our room was comfortable and quiet. The only reason for the 4 for condition was that the bathroom sink needed to be unclogged. It was very slow. Otherwise everything was in good working order. The free laundry was a wonderful perk. "

"The man at the front was rude to us from the start. Once we got into our room it was nasty the mattress was brown and lumpy. The room was not cleaned there was hair on the bathroom floor and it smelled very musty. We decided to leave because we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping here and the front guy made it very clear we were unable to get a refund. Overall bad experience. "

"Perfect location comfortable rooms. Only downside was they were painting the entire floor we were on. The smell and furniture location due to the painting wasn’t the best. Fortunately couldn’t smell it in our room. Bathtub did not drain, stood in water while showering. Had a shirt taken with towels by housekeeping, never returned. Super friendly staff. Loved the attached restaurant. Excellent service. Would book it again if no construction or repairs happening. "

"Advertised a restaurant in the hotel but never seen an open restaurant in the hotel, only in the casino. The vending machines seemed to always be out of service. Other then those two things the stay was nice, it was quite, peaceful, and clean. Did not interact with staff much but they seemed nice and friendly. "
