One of the rooms was missing the remote to the tv and the safe was locked, so unusable. After asking for multiple days, we still never got a remote for that room, and had to share the remote from the other room. They never resolved the locked safe either. "It was all so easy. The worst thing, not that bad, was the steam room is only open while the spa is open. The room we stayed in you could hear people outside. We enjoyed our visit."

"Great property, comfortable bed, great staff. Only draw back was the room was really small, it was just a place to lay your head at night. Not really enough room to even walk around. Hotel was very basic. Had a bar with a small restaurant, not really much else. Was really safe and was located in a great area to walk around the old downtown area. "Spacious room, comfy bed and pillows, able to open windows for fresh air. Lovely, helpful, warm staff. Will come back when I can use the fireplace!"

"This is our second time staying and it just keeps getting better. The beds are so comfy then the rooms and the pathway to the individual rooms are adorable. Service is the best. We ended the our stay at their amazing cook to order breakfast and specialty coffee drinks. We will definitely go back!"
