"The entire staff was friendly the entirety of my stay, which was multiple weeks, the pizza was fantastic and they even offered to let me go in for breakfast early since I had to be at work before breakfast hours. I will definitely be back if I work in the area again!"

"While i was picking the rooms online i was under the impression i was to receive a smoking room because some of the rooms clearly stated NON SMOKING room while others did not. While checking in I was told that they are a smoke free hotel. It wasn't a huge deal for me, I was more bothered by the lack of clarity about it online.. "

"It was absolutely perfect, from the moment we were greeted by the person at the front desk to last moment we were saying good bye. We were only staying one night and didn't know what to expect but the price was right and the access to the Skywalk were the reasons we chose Hyatt Place. Now we are staying there again because of everything else. The room was large and clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the free breakfast was spot on. Great job and thank you!"

"Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful despite being busy. Only issue I has was the toilets had a constant drip in the tank, but I just shut the bathroom door."
