"The service workers are great. As a whole, the best service staff I have seen in many years. My only knocks are that they give you four cheap pillows and I struggled to make them comfortable enough to sleep vs two larger pillows of higher quality. My sleep was a 6 out of ten. I thought the mattress were great, but my 75 year old mother struggled to climb into her bed as the mattress are at least six inches higher than the standard bed. "This place was not bad for the price we paid. It served its purpose. We had a suite and the living room area was nice to have but a curtain or door would be nice to block the light from there if someone wants to sleep earlier than the other. The furniture was extremely good quality, comfy bed, lots of breakfast options. It was good. "
