Upon checking in, we were given room 320. When we entered our room, we noticed the room felt really warm. The thermostat was set to heat and a temperature of 90°F(the highest it can go). Didn't think anything of it, set it to a comfortable 70°F, and left hotel to go out to eat for supper. After returning to hotel, we laid down in bed and watched some TV. After watching TV for an hour or so, we noticed a small bug on pillow, flipped over pillow and found 3 more bugs, flipped over all pillows on bed and found a few more bugs. Looked around bed, and found dead bugs on floor by the corner of bed and wall. Walked down to front desk, informed receptionist, she said "unfortunately they didn't have any other rooms available" We ended up out in the parking lot sitting until she came out and offered us to come in and see if they can book us into another hotel at their expense. She ended up calling maybe two places claiming nothing available. So we left. Have to wait till business hours to speak with manager to properly complain.
