"The staff earned a perfect rating of 10/10 for their prompt responses to our needs, including adjustments to the air conditioning and room services. They were very accommodating. The manager, Natalie, was especially impressive—she was personable, flexible, and understanding. I would gladly return to the Four Seasons in Atlanta and to other locations as well."

"We only stayed for one night and the staff was pleasant. My only thing was that you had to pay for $60 parking even if you had a room booked. I was a little disappointed. I had asked the lady working their parking area and she said “Yes, even if you have a room, it is not free. It is still $60.” We ended up not parking in the hotel parking garage but had to park across in the public parking which was only $20. Aside from that, our experience was a good experience. "
