"The toilet in our room did not work, we checked in around 2200 and they did not have another room to move us too, so we had to use the toilet in reception. I would have expected a hotel with this number of rooms to have a call out procedure 24 hours a day for facilitiy failures that impact the guest experience, so it was disapointing that the staff on duty did not have any contingney arrangments that allowed them to call a plumber. Otherwise a good location, and a comfortable hotel."

"Pros: Perfect location with a good river view. Cons: The parking lot isn't accessible without asking the hotel staff about its location ( Off-site parking in a maze full of one-way streets) Another point to mention is: THE WALLS ARE VERY THIN AND NOT SOUNDPROOF. We woke up at 2 AM because the next door room were hooking up loudly! Also, in the toilet you can enjoy chatting with the other room toilet visitors if you wish( Exactly as we are sharing place together). "

"Everything was excellent. The accommodations, breakfast and hostess were spectacular. She was very attentive and welcoming and also showed us the best tourist attractions in the region. We will definitely return to this hotel next time. I recommend it to everyone."
