"Service was amazing, especially the older guy on late night shift. He was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel terrace is very nice, and perfect for late night Turkish Tea. The hotel actually provide a traditional local dinner, which we found out after we already had dinner. At late night, there was also a surprise service in the name of warm milk and cookie deliver to the room! The view from our room was amazing, and the room itself was the very definition of boutique. "The toilet in our room did not work, we checked in around 2200 and they did not have another room to move us too, so we had to use the toilet in reception. I would have expected a hotel with this number of rooms to have a call out procedure 24 hours a day for facilitiy failures that impact the guest experience, so it was disapointing that the staff on duty did not have any contingney arrangments that allowed them to call a plumber. Otherwise a good location, and a comfortable hotel."

"Pros: Perfect location with a good river view. Cons: The parking lot isn't accessible without asking the hotel staff about its location ( Off-site parking in a maze full of one-way streets) Another point to mention is: THE WALLS ARE VERY THIN AND NOT SOUNDPROOF. We woke up at 2 AM because the next door room were hooking up loudly! Also, in the toilet you can enjoy chatting with the other room toilet visitors if you wish( Exactly as we are sharing place together). "
