"They don’t change sheets, don’t pickup garbage, neither give you towels during whole your stay. I stayed for 2 nights and nobody picked up the garbage, neither gave a clean towels! It is insane and not normal. The concierge is friendly but that is irrelevant while you don’t get basic needs. Only good thing is the location, very central "

"We stayed at Kemer Residence early December 2024. The duplex apartment is beautiful, with everything you need for a self catering holiday. Short walk to the beach and all amenities. The staff were wonderful, especially Celal who communicated with us by WhatsApp and responded immediately to our questions. Please note, out of season there is no pool or fitness room. This did not detract from what is a lovely apartment in a lovely area."

"Lagom is located in the heart of the famous Nisantasi neighborhood and it exceeded our thoughts on quality. Me and my wife were initially planning on a couple nights and moving to somewhere else during our wedding trip to Istanbul but we ended up staying the whole time (20 nights) at this place. If you are planning on a long term stay, I highly recommend getting the contact of Faruk, the owner, as he is available anytime and takes any initiatives to ensure his guests are happy!
