We had a family suite which was huge and very clean , the view from outside our suite was amazing we especially enjoyed the food at the restaurant in the hotel it was just awesome so was the breakfast buffet every morning . The staff was very friendly and helpful , Nazli helped put our tours together for the day I will def recommend it everyone !!!

This is such a unique place! Beautiful hotel with AMAZING views!! The rooms are spacious, have great character and all the amenities you will need. We had breakfast and dinner at Seten, the restaurant, and both were great experiences. Above all, great customer service. The staff at the hotel arranged airport transportation, a private red tour, a horse riding tour and managed to find us a hot air balloon booking after our pre-arranged booking was canceled due to weather. The downtown area is a 5 minute walk down the hill, where there are many dining and shopping choices. All in all, would highly recommend!

Called for water atleast 3 times but they never sent it. They finally stopped taking calls from the room ( started getting a busy tone (Every time you tried to call the front desk). Very noisy place.Restaurant location is very good with a very good view. Food was pretty good too.

we had a fabulous time at the sultan cave suites. the room was a cave type room- cosy with lovely decorations. the terrace had amazing views of the city and countryside. The restaurant had an incredible view and great food. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to goreme.

Overall a wonderful experience. Göreme is amazing! AC didn’t work very well but other than that a perfect place. Staff is very helpful and attentive.
