The hotel actually provide a traditional local dinner, which we found out after we already had dinner. "AMAZING views of the morning balloons from the terraces! Room was clean and tidy and the staff were incredibly helpful with organising tours, transport as well as recommendations for food! Will definitely stay again when I visit"

"Beautiful pool and great spread for breakfast. The dinner buffet was affordable however there are limited food options around the hotel that are walking distance. We could not see any hot air balloons from this location in the mornings. We did the hot air air balloon rides and atv at sunset, recommend this hotel and these activities."

"Super clean!!!Gorgeous views ( see pics), kind and friendly staff, delicious food! The staff went above and beyond to cater to all of our needs! My sisters and I had an amazing and relaxing time!!! We could not go on the hot air balloon tour due to weather conditions so we opted for the ATV tour. We will be back for the balloon tour! I definitely recommend and can’t wait to tell friends and family about this lovely stay."

"First they gave us very small rooms with a terrible odor. After our objection, they changed and upgraded our rooms. The property was done luxury but now needs maintenance Spa and relayed facilities were not open which should be mentioned when I was making reservation. "
