Our first time at a cave hotel and this place was great. The rooms are clean, maintained, and very spacious. The breakfast was great and the staff are nice. Check in could be faster though as the person at the desk tries to sell excursions and tours while people are checking in, which causes a line of people waiting to check in.

What a beautiful hotel, made me feel like we were living like kings and queens! The rooms were massive and was very nice and cozy! They can help you book anything you would like at the front desk. There is an amazing rooftop to watch the hot air balloons in the mornings and the complimentary breakfast was the best I’ve had! You can tell they make everything fresh and it was absolutely delicious. It’s up the hill from the main part of town but everything is walkable. Staff was super helpful and nice. Would recommend staying here!

Great property in a great location. Nice view of the balloons in the morning from the rooftop terrace. My only critique was the size of the room as it was a bit cramped for 2. But the staff was great and helpful. Breakfast was very good as well.
