"WHILE MY EXPEREICNE IN GENERAL WAS POSITIVE AND THE ROOM COMFORATABLE,THE SHUTTLE TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT WAS GREAT. THERE WERE DISAPPOINTING ITEMS. i HAD TO TELL THE FRONT DESK ON TWO CONSECUTIVE DAYS ABOUT THE COLD WATER FAUCET NOT WORKING BEFORE IT WAS FIXED. TOLD HOUSEKEEPING ABOUT CONDITIONER CONTAINER BEING EMPTY WITH NO REFILL TV SCREEN WAS DIM AND COULD BARELY SEE IMAGE IF VIEWED OTHER THAN RIGHT ON. ONCE AGAIN REPORTED WITH NO FEEDBACK FROM HOTEL ON ISSUSE. ROOM ITSELF WAS FINE, SO...

"The breakfast was very good. The lady working the breakfast area was extra super nice and accommodating. She made sure everyone had what they requested, kept the food areas refilled, kept the tables clean, and even brought e a bottle of water when I was checking out. My room was clean, but the carpet is old and not as clean. The bathtub didn't drain. The in room coffee machine was clean and stocked with good coffee. Overall, my stay was enjoyable and I will stay there again."
