First room smelled like cigarettes and weed. Second room key didn’t work had to go all the way back to front desk. Third room noisy A/C & cockroaches. Said they couldn’t refund any money due to conditions because we booked with Expedia!!!! Free breakfast was worse than a bad diner. Terrible experience!

Not a bad walk up to restaurants but it’s an odd location tucked at bottom of hill and no side walk on hotel side. The staff and room were great- location good- it’s not worth the price we paid but unfortunately all the hotels raise their prices on game weekend and you don’t really have a choice if you want to be walking distance.

Close to UA. Newer building. Good breakfast. Walls are super thin. Could hear person snoring in adjacent room on one side and TV blaring through the wall until late hours on other side. Room was close to elevator and that was loud too. Maybe spread people out if the hotel isn’t full.

Property was nice. Clean and the staff was VERY friendly and helpful!! Beautiful area surrounding the hotel. Complimentary breakfast included scrambled eggs, meats and all the usual fixings. It was a plus! The only thing I didn't like was the scent of the shampoo/conditioner they provide which didn't matter as I brought my own. Ha. I would stay here again for sure!
