"We stayed for Las Sanse and it was a great location to get to the shuttles down the road that took you all the way to Viejo San Juan. The hotel itself was so gorgeous and staff was so friendly. Check-in was great and having parking nearby was super helpful. Highly recommend!"

"The only thing about this place was parking , "

"Large room with almost everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Great A/C, nice little balcony, and great water pressure, although I could never get the water beyond warm. I wish there had been an electric burner, but there wasn't. It had a fridge, freezer, microwave and coffee maker. So we were able to make coffee every morning, reheat some leftovers, but no ability to cook. They really should fix the bathroom door in room 41A, as it scrapes the floor when you open or close it. ...

"The staff was very friendly and helpful if we had any questions. The property was as described and was very clean. The location is centered between Old San Juan and San Juan. We enjoyed the walk to Old San Juan. It’s about a 15 minute walk to a nice beach. It can be a little noisy with the people at the bar across the street. But, the master bedroom is quiet. The only issues we had was the shower never had hot water. We also wish we had a microwave. We would definitely stay again. "

"The photos included for this property were accurate. The self check-in process was easy and straightforward due to the instructions given. Very comfortable and spacey for 2 people. Only complaint would be that the pillow cases/sheets didn’t seem freshly washed as they had a few stains. Otherwise, would recommend! :)"

"Beautiful place to stay in Puerto Rico. The rooms were great and the shower area inside and outside are magical. Everything is as seen in the pictures and I would highly recommend this stay. Will be booking with DW in the future for sure."

Great stay before our cruise!

"We had a great stay for 2 nights prior to our. Cruise! Everyone was very friendly, the rooms were very clean. The bed & pillows left a little to be desired & the loud exhaust from some of the cars at night was a little loud, but nothing to prevent us from staying here again! We enjoyed the bar for lunch & the pool area was very nice! Great stay!"

"Great Stay in the Heart of Old San Juan! This hotel is perfectly located in the middle of Old San Juan, surrounded by charming shops, excellent coffee spots, and plenty of restaurants serving delicious traditional Puerto Rican food. It was the ideal base for exploring the historic area. The hotel itself was very clean, and the staff was professional and accommodating. While there was no iron or ironing board in the room, they quickly provided a clothes steamer, which was a nice alternative. We had a balcony near the street, which meant it could get a bit loud at times, but the unbeatable location more than made up for it. If you’re driving, there are multiple parking garages within a 5-10 minute walk, so I recommend dropping off your bags before parking. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!"

"Excellent property. Beautiful all around. Pool area great vibe. Service was excellent. The location of hotel is on side of road but in location you can walk to beach and local stores or eateries. There are little nat like bugs everywhere so be prepared. Staff was very kind, Uber is very cheap, 6 mins no traffic ride to local social areas. The hotel pool has happy hours daily with great drinks. Aesthetically pleasing."
