"Our party of four had a fantastic stay at Fortaleza Suites! The hotel was incredibly clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. It was conveniently located within walking distance to many shops and restaurants, and just a quick 5-minute walk to La Factoria and other popular local bars and clubs. The employees were warm, friendly, and very understanding, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. I highly recommend Fortaleza Suites for anyone visiting the area—great value...

"The place was nice, they provided with almost everything that we needed, but unfortunately there are cockroaches in the place, we found inside and outside, so every time we had to use a plate or utensil from the Kitchenette we washed it first and didn’t leave any food outside on the counter. Other than that the place, the pool and the area are comfortable to stay "

"Because you are in the middle of the action, you will be happy there is no window in the room because of all the noise outside. The stairs leading up to the room are steep so if you have a large or heavy bag make sure someone can help you carry it up. You can't beat the price and location of this place."

"Property was very nice and spacious and clean , great for people who want to take in the San Juan scenery. The staff was super nice and approachable. Can be confusing at first when getting dropped off from airport but once you find it you're golden. Only problem with the property and it was so minor was that the outlets ( only like 2 outlets didn't work ) very minor inconvenience besides that great stay would recommend "
