"The apartment was exactly as described. Adorable, spacious with well stocked kitchen. My 19 year old daughter and I stayed here. Its location is in a local neighborhood - not in a touristy area, which we liked and it’s a short drive to Condado, old San Juan, and other areas. Everyone in the neighborhood we encountered was super friendly and there were always delicious smells of cooking in the hallway on the way up to the apt. It was perfect for what we were looking for. "I hate to give any negative feedback since the communication was prompt but I have to be honest with the hopes that the property owner makes some improvements. Everything went smooth for check in and the communication with the owner was top notch. My complaints would be that there was not enough supplies to make the stay a 5 star experience. I didn’t have enough toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, or laundry soup for my stay. I addressed the trash bags and that was taken care of immediately....

"The parking experience was confusing however when we got into the unit we were pleased with the condition of the unit. We expected a traditional two bedroom unit. We thought the unit was on the beach. The hair dryer should be in the main bathroom and towel bar and toilet dispenser needs to be secured. Thank you for the towels."
