"Clean warm friendly. Restaurant and pub downstairs didnt notice it being any noisy upstairs in the room. Bed was comfortable four poster. Room spacious and tall with large window viewing street below and losehill opposite worth a walk along with mam tor at the other end. Free car park opposite the hotel."

"The property is everything that is listed in the advert and more. The cottage is in a fantastic stone village within easy walk to the Dale's. We had a very relaxing stay. There are Pubs and shops within an easy 2min walk. The location was handy for us to spend a day in York and a day in Chester and north Wales. We would highly recommend this property."
