The staff at this hotel are absolutely excellent and went out of their way to help out and offer a really good service The room itself is a little bit dated, but I would still class it as good so shame that they can't put in new plugs and are running on still a lot of the old round pin plugs The bed was very very hard but overall I thought the room was satisfactory breakfast was excellent and a really good range of food. "Lovely stay in city centre. Offered upgrade on check in. Bar staff told us about joining reward scheme to get half price drinks on happy hour. Room spacious and very clean. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Tram stop only short walk for Meadowhall or arena. Would highly recommend "
