"Everyone that works at this hotel was very helpful due to the Fall my wife had 2 hours after we arrived in Venice on Oct. 08, 2024. They allowed me to use their phone and computer as much as I needed. Today is Oct.17th and she is still in the hospital at this time with no release date being mentioned at this time"

"The hôtel room was nice and big the problem was you will be wakeup by the cleaning lady every morning around 7 and the vacuum start at 8. When we arrive de AC was on at 17 degrees and it was only 13 degrees out. We where freezing and only hade a little bed sheet. Second day she left the window open. We have to sleep with big sweater on. The bed are to single bed together don't fall in the crack. "

"Not sure this hotel actually exists. A sign on the door (which looks like an abandoned location) tells you to go next store to register at another hotel. Lots of steps, ask for a lower floor if possible. . Very good breakfast. Great location."
