"We loved our stay, it was delightful. Room was cosy, clean and had a great comfy bed. The property is at the convenient locations, you can reach main areas in just 5 minutes. Staff at the reception, particularly Hansa was great. Polite and helpful. Definitely stay again. Just a small recommendation, if ladies serving the breakfast could be more welcoming, approachable and smiling then i would have given 5 out of 5. "

"Beautiful, historic hotel in the perfect location to explore Venice without being overwhelmed by crowds. The staff were always helpful and courteous and the bartender was fantastic (try his special Negroni with red beer!) we stayed in an attic room with exposed beams and a skylight; you can stay in beautiful suites with original frescos and private canal balconies! "
