"Everything was presented beautifully in the apartment. The views were so special. It was in a great location to visit many of the wonderful attractions. Having a washing machine, dryer and two bathrooms made the stay for four adults very smooth."

"The apartment is spacious and in a very quiet location. We could walk or take a boat to all of the sights. There is a grocery store nearby. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds were comfortable. We would definitely recommend the apartment. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here and the location. We walked to every place we needed or a local water taxi stop was very close. The house is spacious and has everything you could need! "

"We could not communicate with hotel.com or the owner, even though we paid for the apartment in advance. We stayed outside for about two hours because he did not send us a code to enter the apartment. It was a really tiring experience and we did not know the reason."

"It was a very historic building but the rooms were cut, clean, spacious and nice. It is walking distance to Piazza San Marco and very close to the port. There are supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and churches nearby. The host was very kind and showed us around the area. The service was very good and the room was ready before check-in time. I really appreciated it. "

Great location and service, would stay again.

"Alessandro at the front desk was incredibly helpful in arranging a water taxi for us and making sure we got collected ok, he so great! And the rest of the staff was helpful with directions and recommendations. The room was stunning, only complaint was it could use better pillows. But you can't beat the location, its right off the canal and has very close to all the sites but far enough away. "
