We arrived to the apartment after parking outside the city, taking our three young children and luggage across Venice by water taxi and by foot — only to find out THEY HAD RENTED TO SOMEONE ELSE. They had no options and left my family out on the street to figure it out. Do not book. Lowest possible recommendation. "

"Venice is an expensive city. If you are looking for safe, budget accommodation in close proximity to the main attractions.....this is it. Rooms are clean and spacious. Even though we prefer our own bathroom, the shared bathrooms were very clean, and were never occupied when we needed them."

"Everything was presented beautifully in the apartment. The views were so special. It was in a great location to visit many of the wonderful attractions. Having a washing machine, dryer and two bathrooms made the stay for four adults very smooth."
