"Very nice hotel and very friendly helpful staff, only thing with our room (211) we paid £20 extra a night for an upgrade of a street view but it really wasnt worth it so dont waste you rmoney, plus we you had a shower there was a big water leak coming from under the bath, we did advise the on the check out, the breakfast was very nice with lots to chose from, would i stay again.... YES, perfect location for shopping and to walk to see a show"
