"The property was very secure, the apartment immacular restocked with essentioal equipment and cutlery. The only thing to mention that there's no salt or pepper and hand towels, so bring your own. Also, carr parking spaces are very small, so if your car is on bigger side, be extra careful not to scratch a car next to you or a pole. However, these are just small things I wish I knew in advance. Other than that everything was prestine. "

"This property was perfectly fine. There was massive construction that was just beginning and would start at 7am. I went through my full booking with only one set of towels and I feel like this might have been a mistake but when you’re out all day, and the front desk closes at 5, it’s hard to ask for fresh linens and when you call the help line, you’re told this isn’t an emergency and to wait till they open at 10am (true). "Close walk to everything. Pool is amazing......Longboards restaurant is handy and provides good burgers but bit pricey but most food options around this area are.....Rooms were great.........air conditiong works well and our 1 bedroom was perfct size for 2 adults and 2 children....would definatly stay here again..also parking is free "

"My brief stay at voco Gold Coast was exceptional. Although I was only there for one night, I was delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which added a special touch to the experience. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hotel’s location is ideal, with easy access to the beach and Cavill Avenue, and the tram stop conveniently located just outside made getting around effortless. As my visit was short, I didn’t have the opportunity to fully explore the hotel’s services, but the professionalism and friendliness of the staff was wonderful. They ensured my stay was seamless and enjoyable from start to finish. I would gladly return for a longer stay and highly recommend voco Gold Coast to anyone visiting the area."

"Loved this hotel. I like the decor. The staff were lovely. The bed was extremely comfortable. It was an enjoyable stay. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony overlooking the pool, which was a nice surprise. Having a bottle of wine to celebrate the birthday we were away for was a lovely addition, thank you very much. The location was fantastic. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. Only thing I would note is that the shower temperature fluctuated quite a lot during our showers so that’s something to be mindful of. "
