"Great relaxing location, away from the main shopping area. Room was comfortable. Room had a smell which we think was the laundry tub which needed some water down the pipe. Refrigerator was leaking water, both reported to staff. during the busy season i would recommend staying on the opposite side to the pool as the noise from the pool can be loud."

"Staff very helpful. Good location. Rooms are a bit tired and need a refresh. No recycling facilities in rooms which is quite a suprise and disappointing."

"We have stayed here several times before and found this trip a little disappointing. Breakfast was delicious but not plentiful. We had a three night stay and every morning at breakfast they struggled replenishing empty food platters, cutlery, juices so spent a lot of time waiting for food offerings to be refilled or had to ask for cutlery. We also found the room we had was in need of renovations or some maintenance at least. The slats on the balcony are there for privacy from the room next door...

"The onsite cabin was modern, spacious and immaculate, we had arranged to check in late and the text for the lockbox code arrived comfortably early. Just be aware that the Gold Coast airport in nearby, there is clearly a night curfew so sleeping was fine."
