Schöner Hotelstrand, aber sonst nur so lala
Der Strand zu Hotel ist sehr schön. Die Anlage schon in die Jahre gekommen, aber akzeptabel. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr laut. Im erste Zimmer, dass mir zugewiesen wurde, brummte sie so laut, das man es nicht aushält. Die Verpflegung entspricht nicht einen 4-Sterne Hotel in Europa. Das Angebot ist stark eingeschränkt. Es gibt z.B. zum Frühstück nur eine Sorte Marmelade, und manchmal gibt es keine Butter mehr. Es gibt zudem jeden Tag das selbe Angebot am Buffet. Das Abendprogramm war in Ordnung und nach 00:00 war in der Anlage auch Ruhe bis zum nächten Tag gegen 10:00.

The most unpleasant experience ever in a hotel !!!
Well let me start by saying I have never been treated like a criminal in a hotel. The maid accused my 33 yr. old daughter of stealing an iron from the room. I called up the manager, who told me her name was Lily but wouldn't give me her last name. I explained I was paying for 2 rooms, 1 for my husband and I and 1 for my daughter, and have no need for stealing an iron and she could check all our bags if she wanted too, because I could not believe this maid. Lily if that is her real name, said there was no need for that. I thought that was that, but when we checked out, they still charged us for the iron and when I refuse to pay for it she said the maid that cleaned the room the night before said the iron was in the room, therefore my daughter must have taken it because it was no longer there, and if I didn't pay for it, I could not have my passport back which they had.. Incredible!! I had no choice, I ended up paying for the iron $ 28.00 so I could get my passport back. Never in my life of travels had I, or my family such an unpleasant experience. Very unprofessional office staff. Very rude and didn't care about us all.

Die Zimmer waren verschimmelt, es gab kein Klopapier auf den Zimmern, erst nach dreimaligem Nachfragen wurde es gebracht. Nach Zimmerwechsel ein Zimmer bekommen, dass „renoviert“ wurde. Der Schimmel wurde überstrichen. Das Essen war eine Katastrophe. Und wir sind nicht zimperlich. Die Getränke wurden in Einweg-Bechern gereicht.

Don't stay here
This,was probably one of the worst places I have ever stayed. Old, rundown and very dirty. There was a pile of garbage outside our door and a rust hole in our bath. There was a leak from upstairs into our bedroom which I reported to the cleaner but she just smiled and left. The grass outside our door probably was not cut in months, the window in or bathroom was broken and there was no lock on the patio door and they call this a 4 star hotel!!!

Hotel muy correcto para su categoria. A mejorar la oferta gastronómica. Para comer a la carta hay que reservar a primera hora de la mañana. Si sólo estás un día, cuando haces el check-in ya no puedes reservar para ese día. El buffet es correcto para las circunstancias del país, aunque se desearía algo más variado y de más calidad. Pero insisto, es muy correcto para su categoria de 4 estrellas.
