"The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything we needed. It was very relaxing. I love the lanai and it was super clean. I recommend it. The downsides of staying there included long drive to South Kona beaches, loud coqui frogs at night, roosters crowing at 3 am, and bed too soft. (I was warned about the roosters from a previous review). It was cool enough to keep the bedroom window closed, which helped with the noise. Pack your sleeping pills if you are a light sleeper!
